The shortcut's target is the file that opens when you double-click the shortcut. Enter the path and file name of the shortcut's target file if you're relying on it to be present on the target system, or select a file from the list if you're distributing the shortcut's target in your setup. Instead of hard-coding a path, use a Windows Installer folder property for the file's source. Separate subfolders with a backslash—for example, [WindowsFolder]\Help\Iexplore.chm.
